This is a good weapon for early game players, and it can be found fairly early on so long as you're careful during the organized crime activity it's in. It's one of if not the very first weapon that players get that can shoot through walls. Yeah it's not that powerful, and it's practically unused late game thanks to the many tech weapons that people can find later. But it's still worth getting especially for early game as there aren't many tech weapons that people can get before going through the Heist.
