Nintendo just released a new update for Animal Crossing New Horizons. The game, a phenomenon of Nintendo Switch, had not received new content for many months. The good news is that they have promised more new and original free content later this year, but in the meantime, we'll have to settle for the Animal Crossing New Horizons new Items introduced in the latest update.
Animal Crossing New Horizons New Items
Version 1.11 corresponds to the July 2021 update, and data miners have already seen in the files all the Animal Crossing New Horizons New Items introduced in the update. All of them are about seasonal items, that is, items that can only be purchased during a specific time, usually in the NookPhone catalog, in the seasonal items section.
We can divide Animal Crossing New Horizons New items into three categories:
- new temporary objects that will be sold in the aforementioned NookPhone catalog at temporary events over the next few months,
- new objects that will be sold in the raffle on fireworks days (the nights of the Sundays in August), and
- new Halloween items.
Fireworks raffle items
Three new types of objects can be obtained in the fireworks raffle, every Sunday night in August: an ice cream, a cotton cloud, and a milkshake, of various flavors and colors. You will have to participate a lot to have them all!

Halloween items
The new Halloween objects will be sold in the Tendo and Nendo store in the seasonal objects section (in fact, if you travel back in time by changing the time on the console to any day in October you will be able to see them). This, coupled with the fact that some of the seasonal items won't be available until November, suggests that there won't be any more updates for a good season or so.
Again, there are three new types of objects that you can physically buy in the Tendo and Nendo store during the month of October: a pumpkin basket, a pumpkin lamp, and a tree with pumpkins, in various colors each.
- Spooky Treats Basket (Orange, Yellow, Green, or White)
- Spooky Tree (Orange, yellow, green, or white)
- Spooky Trick Lamp (Orange, Yellow, Green or White)
Seasonal items
These items will only be sold in the NookPhone catalog session (you must order them by mail) on certain dates.
