It is a blueprint variant of the base weapon Kastov-74u, one of the Assault Rifles featured in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.

The Exoskeleton blueprint was released in MW2 and Warzone 2 as part of the Bundle Tracer Pack: Bloodless.
