It is a blueprint variant of the base weapon Lachmann Sub (MP5), one of the SMGs featured in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.

The Mercy blueprint was released in MW2 and Warzone 2 as part of the Bundle Reactive Pack: Soulless.
