Today during YouTube’s Live E3 coverage, the Activision production team revealed a special character for Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled.
Penta Penguin, a secret character in the original CTR, has been brought back for CTR Nitro-Fueled, unlockable with the very same cheat code of the original game!
Also, the developers have gone the extra mile to round out the character. In the PS1 title, Penta was in the game, but in an unfinished state; the character had maxed out stats, and was missing voice lines. For CTR Nitro-Fueled, Beenox has given Penta some lines to speak, as well as tuned the character's stats to make sure it fits the balance of the game.
